Return & Refund Policy
At AquaProduct.in (Bareezé Pure), every order is checked and confirmed with the customer before dispatch. Because water purifier spare parts are hygiene-sensitive and model-specific items, please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. All Products Are Non-Refundable
All products sold on AquaProduct.in are non-refundable. We do not offer cash/money refunds under any circumstances. Genuine issues are resolved through replacement only, as per the conditions below.
2. Unboxing Video Is Mandatory
A clear, uncut unboxing video is a MUST for any claim. Please start recording before opening the sealed parcel and continue until all items are fully visible. Claims for damaged, defective or wrong products will not be accepted without an unboxing video. This protects both you and us.
3. Damaged or Defective Product
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery at aquaproducts920@gmail.com or +91 7045222111 with your order number, unboxing video and photos of the issue.
- Once we verify the issue, we will send you a new replacement product as soon as possible — at no extra cost to you.
- The damaged/defective item must be unused, with all accessories, tags and original packaging intact, and returned as per our instructions where required.
4. Wrong Product Ordered by Customer
If you order the wrong product for your water purifier from our website:
- Contact us immediately — we will help you get the right water purifier part for your model.
- If the correct part is available with us, we will arrange an exchange (shipping charges and any price difference may apply).
- If we do not have that part, the amount will NOT be refunded, because we confirm every order with the customer before sending. Please verify your purifier brand and model carefully before ordering — our team is always available on call/WhatsApp to help you select the correct part.
5. Warranty

- Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
- Warranty does not cover: physical damage, burnt parts due to voltage fluctuation, water entering electrical components, incorrect installation, tampering, or normal wear and tear.
- Filters, membranes and other consumables are wear-and-tear items and carry no warranty unless stated on the product page.
- For warranty claims, contact us with your order details and a video showing the problem.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged in any case:
- Used or installed products
- Products without original packaging, tags or accessories
- Bulk orders
- Offer / discount / clearance sale products
- Claims raised without an unboxing video
- Claims raised after 3 days of delivery

Items sent back to us without first contacting us and getting approval will not be accepted.
8. Important Notes
- Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any issue immediately.
- Replacement dispatch timelines depend on stock availability and courier serviceability; we always aim to send replacements as soon as possible.
